Description

The AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu extend over the communes of Camaret-sur-Aigues, Jonquières, Travaillan and Violès in the Vaucluse.

It is said that hundreds of years ago, the plain of Plan de Dieu was a forest full of bandits. To try to cross it without hindrance, one had to say one's prayers to the almighty before crossing it.

Located between the Aygues and the Ouvèze, these two rivers have established a deep bed of pebbles and clay that is perfect for growing vines.
