Description
The Côtes du Rhône Villages Saint-Maurice vineyard extends over the commune of Saint-Maurice-sur-Eygues, at the entrance to the Nyonsais region, in the Drôme.
Although the village of Saint-Maurice is in the southern Rhône Valley, a northern atmosphere emerges there. Growing in an environment surrounded by woods and forests, the vines of Saint-Maurice flourish in a shaded and sheltered environment. Whether for the reds or the whites that are very present in the production of this named village, the grape varieties used have a northern inflection.
