Roaix
A small village completely surrounded by vineyards, it has been recognized within the AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages since 1967. It is also known to walkers for its hiking trails.

Description
The Côtes du Rhône Villages Roaix extend over the lands of the commune of Roaix, in Vaucluse.
The vineyards of Roaix face east and benefit from the rays of the morning sun and the shade in the afternoon.
The white and rosé wines of the appellation are produced in small quantities, but know how to delight the palate. As for the red wines, they are considered to be wines for long aging.

Aromas
Red wines have aromas of red and black fruits then evolve towards notes of leather and truffle.
As for rosé and white wines, we are more on floral and citrus notes.
Grape varieties
The blend of red wines from Côtes du Rhône Villages Roaix is made of Grenache noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
We find the same grape varieties in the rosé wines as those present in the reds.
As for the whites, the main grape varieties are Grenache blanc, Clairette, Marsanne, Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Viognier.
